A 13-Day private tour, which covers the capital city of China - Beijing,
and also you can experience the natural beauties of Guilin, the ethnic
minority cultures of Yunan including the visit to the famous Lijiang Old
Town, the antiquity Xian and the modern Shanghai.
Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel.
The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Accommodation: Holiday Inn Central Plaza - the best Holiday Inn

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De
restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan
Theatre. (B+L+D)
Accommodation: Holiday Inn Central Plaza - the best Holiday Inn Hotel in
Beijing
Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site
restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular
restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. (B+L)

Stone Forest, Kunming
Day 04: Beijing - Xian
Visit the Summer Palace. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel.
Visit the City Wall. (B+L)
Accommodation: Grand New World Hotel
Day 05: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor
food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at
a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the
Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Great Mosque. After you enjoy the local
speciality, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the
marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian - Guilin
Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte lunch
at a local famous restaurant, take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the
hotel. Enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre after dinner.

Lijiang Old Town
Day 07: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to
Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, a short bicycle trip to the
countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home
to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take
our electric car instead of taking bicycles. Transfer back to Guilin.
(Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your
expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel

Day 08: Guilin - Kunming
Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk
Hill. Take a flight to Kunming and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 09: Kunming - Lijiang
Visit the Stone Forest. Take a flight to Lijiang and transfer to the
hotel. (B+L)
Accommodation: Grand Hotel
Lijiang Old Town
Day 10: Lijiang
Visit the Baisha Village and a local Naxi family, the Baisha Murals, the
Rock Joseph's Former Residence in Yuhu Village. The afternoon is free for
you to explore the Old Town by yourselves. Enjoy the Naxi Ancient Music
and Dance Performance at Dongba Palace in the evening. (B+L+D)

Day 11: Lijiang - Shanghai
The morning is free. Take a flight to Shanghai and transfer you to the
hotel. (B)
Accommodation: River Bund Hotel
Day 12: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and a local
family. The Farewell Dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant
Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to
serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the
Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 13: Departure from Shanghai
