New FIBA Ranking after FIBA World Championship

SAITAMA (FIBA World Championship) - After the FIBA World Championship
2006 in Japan, FIBA has announced its new world ranking for men's
national teams.
After claiming the bronze medal, USA was able to defend its first
position before Argentina.
With its gold medal in Japan, Spain moved up from fifth to third position
whilst Greece improved from eighth to sixth position.
